Working with Edmonton-based author Mila Bongco-Philipzig and Winnipeg’s ANAK Publishing, Tony’s Wheels came to fruition by the end of 2020 and is now featured with the Edmonton Public Library’s Multilingual Storytime.
Books are on the way to the Edmonton Public Library.
One of our goals was to reach audiences outside the Filipino community and invite them to learn about the Philippine culture and language. I designed an educational package that would help teachers and parents bridge those opportunities.
