Symbolizing a devotion to faith and the lifelong commitment to matrimony.
The Marquez's celebrated their wedding through the Tridentine Mass of the Catholic Church. With an emphasis on tradition, I was asked to create a family crest and devotional pieces to represent the couple’s intimate faith on this special day.
Listening to their stories, I drew a crest that encapsulates their journey in relationship to Christ and the Holy Family. Such symbolism was meaningful to them as it laid the foundation in their marriage.
The Marquez’s wanted to invite their guests to a reverent experience. In doing so, I created an illustrative guide and read-along booklet in preparation for this ceremony, which is commonly spoken in Latin.
